~General Information, Petal Advice, Shipping, and Returns~
How much confetti do I need? It doesn't take a whole lot to give you a wonderful moment for your photographer to capture. But to create a "fairytale" effect we use the following general guidelines. Obviously, the larger your wedding, the more people you will want to have throwing confetti. Our confetti is sold by the half cup, this being a generous throwing portion for one person, so the math is easy! In a mid-sized wedding, we recommend buying confetti for about half of your guests. For example, if you are having 70 people at your wedding, you might want to buy confetti for 35 people, which would be 35 half cups - simple right? For intimate weddings, you may want to buy some confetti for everyone, but for a very large wedding, you would have a wonderful display with only 25 percent of your guests throwing confetti.
How should I store my flowers? Our confetti and flowers are very easy to store. Just keep them in a cool, dry, and dark place. The back of a cupboard is a great spot. Don't store them near sunlight and don't let them get damp.
How early can I order? No need to wait until the last minute! As long as they are stored properly (see above) our confetti and flowers will last several months with no problems. After that point, the roses and hydrangeas might start to fade a bit. But the confetti will last much longer, as long as a year or more without fading... many people keep it as a memento of their special day!
Are all of your products biodegradable? Yes, everything we grow is natural, with no dyes added, grown without the use of chemicals, and completely biodegradable. Just like the petals that fall off of the trees in the spring! We are proud of having a product that is eco-friendly and grown sustainably.
Can I use your confetti at my venue? Very likely! Our flowers and confetti are in no way harmful to the environment, and when they are thrown out of doors, they don't even need to be cleaned up! They look elegant and natural - even after they have been thrown! If you have a venue that is hesitant, we would be glad to send them a sample to set their minds at rest.
Shipping~ We ship via USPS Priority Mail (usually arrives 1-3 days after shipping), and we always ship within a (business) day or two. If you need your petals sooner than that, please contact us! Although of course shipping would be more expensive for you, we are happy to ship next day air. At this time we do not accept international orders.
Returns~ We want you to be completely happy with your order. We will gladly allow returns of anything we sell, as long as it is in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in the original packaging. Just send us an email, and have your order in the mail back to us within a week of the date that you received it. No questions asked! We will issue a full refund of the purchase price once we have received your return. Please note that we do not refund the shipping charge, and you would be responsible for the cost of shipping the order back to us. If you have a concern, please contact us so that we can work to fix it!
